Logistics is becoming synonymous with business competitiveness. Beyond competitive advantage, the global market is increasingly showing that those companies that do not have an integrated design can not only lose the leadership of its sector, but also be in serious trouble survival.
Transportation is a key part of the supply chain, and with sustainability policies and intermodality is becoming a strategic element for business management and development policies that take into account climate change and environmental impact.
Logistics platforms allow system-wide mesh network based on transport and is the foundation of good management of the supply chain. Adapts entire logistics system to the specific needs of a company.
All these issues have important implications in both the private and business sector and in the public domain or development of specific policies on land development, transportation, environmental, etc. In order to discuss the current and future situation of all these issues is convened on May 21, 2015 the third conference of transport and logistics.
