Description

CDC Cartel Damage Claims (CDC), in close cooperation with Cluster for Logistics (C4L) and Groupement Transport Luxembourg (GTL), invites companies, that purchased or leased trucks between the years 1997 and 2011, to an information session about the possibility of recovering damages by joining the CDC action in Europe.
The event will take place on 19 April 2018 from 16h30 to 18h00 at the premises of Chambre de Commerce Luxembourg and will be held in both German and French.
CDC’s presentation will have four main objectives, namely to:
(i) present the CDC damages case pending before the District Court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands against the participants in the Trucks Cartel,
(ii) give information on the possibility for damaged companies to swiftly join at no cost their claims to the action,
(iii) provide guidance on how the damage will be quantified and what type of data is required,
(iv) answer any questions the participants may have.
In the Trucks Case, CDC is already cooperating with several members of C4L and GTL and would be glad to welcome on board additional companies interested in obtaining compensation for their significant harm.
Our approach results in the full alignment of interests with the harmed companies and aims at obtaining the highest possible compensation from the participants in the Trucks Cartel at no cost for the affected companies.
