Artificial intelligence meets circular economy – potential for the supply chain
In a joint event with BIBA – Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik GmbH, the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Bremen-Oldenburg invited guests to the BIBA shop floor lab on Supply Chain Day 2025 to focus on the performance of the logistics industry. The major event, which attracted 120 interested participants, focused on the two future-oriented topics of artificial intelligence and the circular economy.
Specialist presentations highlighted the potential of intelligent data use, system interoperability and the targeted use of artificial intelligence – both in intralogistics and in the purchasing departments of medium-sized companies. An interactive expo also offered the opportunity to experience various technological solutions live: from AR-supported assistance systems and energy-self-sufficient.
